Alastair Broom

Alastair Broom is Security Practice Lead for Logicalis UK where he is responsible for managing the UK Security Practice, defining the security strategy and roadmap and helping the Logicalis client base address their security challenges.

Alastair has held a number of senior Product Marketing and Product Management positions throughout his career and has lived through the evolution of the threat and regulatory landscape, helping customers protect their networks, data and brand.

Prior to Logicalis, Alastair was Security Line of Business Director at Dimension Data and managed the product & services portfolio at Integralis/NTT Com Security.

He has written several published articles/opinion pieces on a range of security related topics and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.

Andrew Newton

Andrew Newton

Andrew Newton is a Solutions Architect in Logicalis UK, working within the Financial Services Sales team assisting customers with business transformation initiatives across a variety of digital solutions.

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and holds accreditations for the leading vendors including Cisco, NetApp, VMware, HP and Microsoft including Azure.

Customer focused and enjoys the challenges and opportunities that new technologies bring to the transformation market.

Anis Makeriya

Anis Makeriya

Anis Makeriya is a Data Analyst at Logicalis UK in the Information Insights team. Anis’ experience has been in translating business problems into data centric visualisations using a range of tools including tableau, power BI, Cognos. Prior to data visualisation, Anis was liasing with clients to validate the quality and accuracy of data and the utilisation of ETL tools to form a sound data source platform.

Prior to Logicalis, Anis was at Trovus which was acquired by Logicalis in 2015.

Dean Mitchell

Dean Mitchell

Dean Mitchell is the Services Practice Director for Logicalis UK where he is responsible for accelerating our Services Business growth to allow us to maximise the opportunity to address the challenges that our clients are facing in IT Cost Optimisation and Digital Business Enablement.

Dean joined Logicalis in August 2017 from Gartner, where he was the Sales Manager for Public Sector in the South West and Wales and has also held senior sales and sales management positions at Fujitsu, Microsoft and Dimension Data, where he also ran their Managed Service Practice for 6 years.

In his spare time, Dean is a keen club tennis player and plays the Drums.

Fanni Vig

Fanni Vig

Fanni Vig has been Data Analytics Division Director at Logicalis UK since March 2016. Prior to that she held a number or roles with Trovus, starting as Business Development Director in 2011, then Client Services Director and finally COO before the company was bought by Logicalis.

Fanni is an industry champion for helping businesses get over the hurdles and address the excuses that will allow them to truly benefit from data insight.

Gary Lomas

Gary Lomas

Gary has been a Sales Director in Logicalis since re-joining Logicalis from EMC in 2013 and is currently responsible for the Enterprise Sales team focusing on vertical markets such as Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, CPG and Media. Gary’s career started out in IT working for British Airways before joining General Electric as a consultant. Gary moved in to sales in the mid- nineties and worked for GE Capital IT Solutions, Computacenter, 2e2 and Compelsolve before joining Logicalis in 2006 as a Client Director.

Gary promotes a high energy and passion for excellence culture within his Sales Team and the wider Logicalis business and has an unswerving desire to ensure Logicalis truly understand our customers objectives meaning the Logicalis team can deliver the right solutions for success.

Ismail El Kadiri

Ismail El Kadiri

Ismail El Kadiri is a BPA lead consultant in Logicalis UK, part of the sales and delivery team within Information Insights. He is mainly tasked with architecting and developing IBM solutions with other professional services consultants and supporting our helpdesk team with escalated issues.

Ismail has worked on planning and reporting solutions for over a decade. He has managed the implementation of financial and operational processes across a number of verticals.

Jen Molyneux

Jen Molyneux

Jen Molyneux is Head of Human Resources for Logicalis UK. She is responsible for the development of Logicalis talent across all areas of the business including the recent establishment of Logicalis’ TAG (trainee, apprenticeship and graduate) initiative.

Jen joined Logicalis from the recruitment firm Allegis where she supported the sales population across Europe. She enjoys working with business leaders to create a more engaged and driven workforce.

Justin Price

Justin Price

Justin Price is a Data Scientist at Logicalis UK in the Information Insights team. He has a wide experience drawn from the Oil and Gas, Mining, Rail and Construction sectors where he progressed to a senior data analyst at Currie & Brown. Justin is good at getting to understand complex situations and client’s concerns, and was quick to build good relations to help him communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical staff.

In recent years his work has focused on assisting business users get more insight from existing business data using Excel and Tableau. Having studied maths as part of his degree, Justin has found this useful when he later became interested in speeding up reporting or automating heavily repetitive tasks. This has led to him developing a working knowledge of VBA and R which he continues to develop.

Mark Rogers

Mark Rogers

Mark Rogers is CEO of Logicalis Group since March 1st 2015. He joined Logicalis in 2003 as Finance Director for Logicalis UK, and in 2004 he became Chief Financial Officer, European Operations. Since March 2007, he has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Logicalis Group and in March 2014, Mark was appointed President and COO of Logicalis Group.

Mark has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors both in the UK and internationally. He spent 20 years at Racal Electronics/Thales of which 13 years were at Finance Director level within divisions providing Managed Network Services, Telecoms and Survey & Positioning Services. Whilst at Thales he was also Chairman of Citylink Telecommunications, a joint venture company which had secured a £1.2 billion, 20 year PFI contract with London Underground. Also, he has significant M&A experience including the sale of Racal Telecom to Global Crossing for £1 billion as well as experience in the acquisition and integration of smaller businesses.

He started his finance career with Revlon where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Natalie Goodwin is the Portfolio Manager within the Digital Workplace Practice at Logicalis UK.

With more than 9 years of experience in a number of specialist roles focusing on collaborative environments and Workspace optimisation, Natalie has been influential in defining the Logicalis Optimal Video as a service model.

Natalie is responsible to ensure the continued relevance of the DWP Solutions in terms of market, vendors, sales, operational performance and overall sustainability.
In her free time Natalie enjoys undertaking home improvement projects.

Neil Thurston

Neil Thurston

Neil is Logicalis’ Chief Technologist, Hybrid IT.

Looking at emerging technologies and market trends, he drives the direction of the Logicalis Hybrid IT portfolio. He also works closely with customers, helping them understand what’s available and how they could benefit.

Neil has worked with Logicalis since 1997, in roles including network management pre-sales support, and management roles in datacentre infrastructure technologies, application performance management and traffic shaping.

He is fascinated by all aspects of software defined infrastructure and automation.

Richard Simmons

Richard Simmons

Richard has been the Chief Technologist for data and analytics at Logicalis since May 2015. Prior to that he has worked in a number of roles at Logicalis including the manager of the oracle practice, manager of the the Principal consultants services team and the services manager for Information Insights before taking up his current role.

Richard loves the growth of data and analytics across the breadth of technology offerings in the market and how this is enabling real transformational change in business and society. Working with customers to not only understand the vision of what is possible but also to build the practical steps to see that vision become a reality is his core focus.

Sara Sherwani is a Services Consultant, specialising in Service Design for Logicalis UK where she works with various customers focused on optimization and building robust services for the future.

Sara has a varied experience from managing operational teams to designing/transitioning services for software applications and complex integration solutions (including IoT, Business Analytics, IT Operational Support Systems and eCommerce solutions).

Scott Hodges works as a Delivery Architect within Information Insights at Logicalis.

He is responsible for any aspect of the technical delivery of an end to end analytics solution and helps customer’s roadmap their Business Analytics Landscape, aligning it to their business ambition by gathering and interpreting requirements into a deliverable solution from all levels of business users.

Practice Lead for Hybrid IT, Scott Reynolds has worked with Logicalis since 2007 in several roles in sales. In 2016 as Sales Enablement Manager, Scott was responsible for driving sales and marketing enablement around Hybrid Cloud solutions, Service Management and Information and Data Management. Since taking on the role of Hybrid IT Practice Lead Scott is now responsible for establishing and executing Logicalis’ vision around Hybrid Cloud, Data & Availability, and Operations Management.

With over 20 years in the IT industry, Scott uses his experience as a visionary to see the bigger picture while helping customers understand how they can achieve their goals, by applying a logical approach to drive value.

Tim Wadey

Tim Wadey

Tim is a Consultant in Logicalis’ Advisory Team, advising clients and their IT leadership on IT services and their delivery. Tim brings over 30 years of experience in IT operations, procurement and consultancy, much of this operating at the cutting edge of the available technology both in the Military and more recently with Logicalis.

Tim has led recent assignments with a number of Financial businesses and in the regulated energy space. Projects have covered IT & Digital Strategy and big data visualisation programmes. Data governance and discovery to support GDPR programmes has also been topical with a number of recent client engagements.
